Ingredients

peanut butter
- ¼ cup
white corn syrup
- 2 tbsp
butter or margarine
- 4 cups
- 1 cup
roasted peanuts
- 1 cup
peanut butter powder
- 1 cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Add the peanut butter to a large microwave safe bowl and heat on HIGH for 1 ½ to 2 minutes, stirring halfway through until melted and runny.
2. Stir in the white corn syrup and butter. Heat on HIGH for 30 seconds.
3. Add the Kellogg’s® Crispix® cereal and roasted peanuts. Gently toss and fold until the cereal is completely coated in the peanut butter.
4. Add the peanut butter powder to a large resealable freezer bag, pour in the cereal mixture and seal the bag. Gently shake until the peanut butter powder has coated the cereal mixture. Add the chocolate chips to the bag and gently toss to mix before serving.
Recipe Notes
In place of peanut butter powder, powdered sugar, peanut flour, or a combination of both can be used.
