Further, in respect of content you post to any of our Social Accounts, these terms of use apply in addition to, and do not detract from, your obligation pursuant to the applicable social media platform’s terms of service, privacy policies and other policies.

If you wish to access and use the website or post content to any of our Social Accounts, you must accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, then you must not access or use our website nor post content to any of our Social Accounts.

If any content posted on WKKC’s website or on our Social Accounts (without limiting any opportunity you may have to provide notice in compliance with applicable social media platform’s policies) infringes on your copyright, please notify our designated agent as follows:

WKKC investigates notices of alleged infringement and takes appropriate actions under applicable law.
